Welcome to the Swing Dance Cumbria!

Helen and Rich first discovered swing dancing in Newcastle. After attending regular classes and getting hooked instantly, they have since spent over 15 years travelling to events and classes around the UK developing their love of Lindy Hop, Balboa, Solo Jazz and Blues.

Swing Dance Cumbria began in Penrith in January 2015 and has since grown to be a well established community, with weekly classes and monthly social dances.
